Return & Replacement Policy

Shangri is a brand operated by Infiniyo (OPC) Private Limited.

We understand that jewellery is a personal purchase, and your trust matters to us. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled to ensure fairness, hygiene, and transparency for everyone.

 


 

✅ When Are Returns or Replacements Accepted?

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)

 

📌 The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following are not eligible:

  • Earrings (studs, hoops, drops, etc.)

  • Products that are worn, used, or tampered with

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear & tear

  • Orders placed during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Customised or altered products (if applicable)

 


 

🕒 How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a request:

  1. Email us at contact@shangri.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the concern

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

 

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

 


 

🚚 Pickup & Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners (via iThink Logistics), where serviceable.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product.

  • Products must be returned in:

    • Original condition

    • Original packaging, box/pouch, and tags

    • Secure packaging to prevent transit damage

     


 

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A replacement of equal value, or

    • Store Credit for future purchases

     


 

💎 Refund & Store Credit Policy

 

Prepaid Orders (Online Payments)

  • Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method, or

  • Issued as Store Credit for faster processing and added benefits

Why choose Store Credit?

  • Faster resolution

  • No bank delays

  • Usable anytime on shangri.in

  • May include exclusive offers

 


 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued only as Store Credit

  • Bank transfers are not supported for COD refunds

  • Store credit does not expire and can be redeemed on future purchases

 


 

Refund Timeline

  • Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days after quality inspection

  • Refunds to original payment methods (prepaid orders) are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection

 


 

📦 Quality Check & Final Approval

All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt.

Shangri reserves the right to reject returns or replacements if products do not meet eligibility conditions.

 


 

🚫 Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We may:

  • Re-ship the order after applicable shipping charges, or

  • Issue store credit after deducting shipping and handling costs

 


 

❤️ Our Fair-Use Promise

We aim to make returns simple and fair.

However, excessive or repeated misuse of the return policy may result in restricted service at our discretion.
