• Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Due to hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and used products are non-returnable.

• Refunds for prepaid orders may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued only as store credit.

• Store credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and usable only on shangri.in.

8. Store Credit Terms

• Store credit is issued digitally and linked to your Shangri account.

• Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

• Shangri reserves the right to revoke store credit in cases of fraud, misuse, or policy violation.

9. Fair Usage & Customer Responsibility

• Misuse promotions, refunds, or store credit

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
