🔄 Eligible Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The jewellery arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • There are missing items

  • Major defects in craftsmanship

 


 

❌ Non-returnable items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Earrings (post usage risk)

  • Nose pins

  • Items bought under clearance / final sale

  • Customised or personalised products

 


 

📦 Return Conditions

 

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, invoice & tags

 


 

🎥 Mandatory Condition: Unboxing Video

 

To support replacement claims, customers MUST provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Showing package opening, product condition and label

This helps us process your replacement smoothly.

 


 

🛠 How to Request a Return

 

  1. Email support@shangri.in with your Order ID

  2. Attach unboxing video + product photos

  3. Our team will review and confirm pickup

  4. Courier pick-up will be arranged from your address

 


 

💰 Refund Process

 

Refunds are processed via:

  • Original payment mode

  • Store credit wallet (optional — faster)

 

Processing time: 3–7 working days after product inspection.
