At Shangri, we understand how exciting it is to receive your jewellery, and we want the process to be completely transparent and hassle-free. You can track your order at every stage — from packing to dispatch, from transit to delivery.
After placing your order, you will receive:

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, or India Post (based on your location).

Real-time transit updates
Current location of your parcel
Estimated delivery date
Delivery partner name
Proof of attempted delivery
Delivery agent contact (if available)
Sometimes tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.
